　　蘇朔中國石化石油化工科學(xué)研究院潤滑劑研究室副主任

　　SU ShuoDeputy Director of SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co., Ltd.

　　蘇朔，高級工程師，碩士生導(dǎo)師，現(xiàn)任中國石化石油化工科學(xué)研究院潤滑劑研究室副主任。主要從事PAO合成基礎(chǔ)油成套技術(shù)開發(fā)、新型添加劑分子設(shè)計與創(chuàng)制、以及高性能傳動系統(tǒng)潤滑油研究。先后承擔(dān)了國資委專項工程攻關(guān)任務(wù)2項，主持中國石化重點科技項目6項，獲中國石化科技進(jìn)步一等獎（第一完成人）等多項省部級獎勵，獲授權(quán)國內(nèi)外發(fā)明專利90余件。

　　Su Shuo, Senior Engineer, Master Tutor, Deputy Director of Lubricant Research Department in Research Institute of Petroleum and Processing, SINOPEC. Mainly engaged in PAO synthetic base oil technology development, innovative additive molecular design and creation, and high performance transmission system lubricants research. He has successively undertaken 2 special project tackling tasks of SASAC, presided over 6 key scientific and technological projects of SINOPEC, won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of SINOPEC and other provincial and ministerial awards, and obtained more than 90 invention patents at home and abroad.

　　電動汽車電驅(qū)動潤滑油發(fā)展趨勢及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究

　　The Development Trend and Standard Research of Electric Drive Lubricant for Electric Vehicles

　　報告摘要

　　新能源汽車油冷電驅(qū)技術(shù)的發(fā)展給潤滑油帶來新的技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)。在電動汽車小型化、輕量化、高效率、高電壓發(fā)展趨勢下，對電動汽車用電驅(qū)動潤滑油提出了新的性能需求。而在電動汽車專用潤滑油品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面，目前行業(yè)內(nèi)沒有統(tǒng)一的電驅(qū)動潤滑油標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和測試方法。本報告分析了電驅(qū)動潤滑油發(fā)展趨勢以及國內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究現(xiàn)狀，介紹了電動汽車電驅(qū)動潤滑油技術(shù)解決方案、關(guān)鍵測試方法研究進(jìn)展以及電驅(qū)動潤滑油國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方案制定。

　　The development of oil-cooled electric drive technology for new energy vehicles has brought new technical challenges to lubricants. With the development trend of miniaturization, lightweight, high efficiency and high voltage of electric vehicles, special requirements for electric drive lubricants are proposed. In terms of lubricant standards for electric vehicles, there is no unified standards and test methods of electric drive lubricants in the lubricants industry. This report analyzes the development trend of electric drive lubricant and the research status of domestic and foreign standards. The technical solution of lubricants for electric vehicles is introduced. In addition, the research progress of test methods and the formulation of national standards are introduced in detail.
