　　LIU He，Chief Engineer and General Manager of R&D Center of Wind Power Industry Group

　　劉河，風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)總工程師兼研發(fā)中心總經(jīng)理。20余年致力于風(fēng)電領(lǐng)域風(fēng)電機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)、制造技術(shù)研究，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)相繼完成從600kW到16MW的海、陸風(fēng)電機(jī)的研發(fā)，核心零部件的國(guó)產(chǎn)化開發(fā)等。先后承擔(dān)并參與國(guó)家科技部863計(jì)劃、國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃、科技部“十五”科技攻關(guān)計(jì)劃、國(guó)家發(fā)改委能源自主創(chuàng)新及重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)振興和技術(shù)改造（能源裝備）《金風(fēng)科技風(fēng)電實(shí)驗(yàn)中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目》等多項(xiàng)重大科研項(xiàng)目等。Liu He,Chief Engineer and General Manager of R&D Center of Wind Power Industry Group.For more than 20 years, he has dedicated himself to the research of wind turbine design and manufacturing technology in the wind power industry. He has led his team to successively complete the research and development of offshore and onshore wind turbines ranging from 600kW to 16MW, as well as the localization of core components. He has undertaken and participated in multiple major scientific research projects, including the National Science and Technology Ministry's 863 Program, the National Science and Technology Support Program, the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Tenth Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology Research Program, and the National Development and Reform Commission's Energy Independence Innovation and Key Industry Revitalization and Technological Transformation (Energy Equipment) "Goldwind Technology Wind Power Test Center Construction".

　　報(bào)告摘要

　　風(fēng)力發(fā)電等新能源技術(shù)是實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰、碳中和的必然途徑，風(fēng)力發(fā)電設(shè)備目前已基本實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)產(chǎn)化，且風(fēng)電設(shè)備加速向大型化方向發(fā)展，對(duì)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行可靠性提出了更高的要求，設(shè)備的潤(rùn)滑維護(hù)難度也隨之提升。本報(bào)告介紹了風(fēng)力發(fā)電設(shè)備如主軸承、主齒輪箱、變槳軸承、液壓潤(rùn)滑等設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)和潤(rùn)滑挑戰(zhàn)，并對(duì)滑動(dòng)軸承、液壓變槳等新技術(shù)提出了的潤(rùn)滑需求，進(jìn)一步探討高壽命高可靠性國(guó)產(chǎn)化油脂開發(fā)等的發(fā)展方向和需求。Renewable energy technologies such as wind power generation are the inevitable way to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality. Wind power equipment has basically been localized, and wind power equipment is accelerating towards large-scale development, which puts forward higher requirements for the operational reliability of equipment, and the difficulty of lubrication maintenance of equipment has also increased accordingly. This report introduces the lubrication characteristics and technical challenges of wind turbines' main bearings, gearboxes, pitch bearings, hydraulic lubrication, and other equipment. It also proposes lubrication requirements for new technologies such as sliding bearings and hydraulic pitch systems, and further explores the development direction and demand for high-life and high-reliability localized lubricants.
